13 things in my handbag
I have a massive red handbag that I absolutely adore. I only use one handbag at a time, when I get tired of it, I buy a new one… and that happens generally every 6 months or so, so this one’s shelf life is almost up. Here are 13 things that are in my handbag today (apart from my wallet) …
1. Black cardigan – in case the weather turns.
2. Office Access Card
3. ID photos left over from last week’s trip to Home Affairs to renew passports for myself and the boys.
4. Rubber Duck – in case I find the perfect photo opportunity.
5. Tissues
6. Small deo can
7. Lipstick and lipgloss
8. Small container of panado (paracetemol) that needs to be re-filled. I seem to be supplying the office with headache tabs at the moment.
9. Socks – ok, I had no idea they were in there.
10. Mouth to mouth resuscitation kit with rubber gloves.
11. Mooncup bag
12. Banking details for Bradley’s extra murals that had to be paid today
13. Doctors bills that I have to still submit to medical aid.
Oooh, I just realised my pen is missing. I’d better find it! Either that, or buy a new one. Hmmm, decisions, shopping sounds like a good idea! LOL!
Cool, you use a Mooncup! I’ve been using the Lunette for about 8 months and love it. I’m surprised that not more women are willing to try cups.

I want to buy a mooncup, but at the moment, I can’t afford one. (having to buy tampons every 6 weeks id more expensive though. I should just bite the bullet and do it already.)
You have socks? After I had Amy, I had a spare pair of underwear in the sidepocket of my handbag for months, just in case.
I love my mooncup! It’s the best thing invented.
I haven’t had an infection since I started using it. It’s just a bit daunting the first time you use it.

My fave purse ever was red. It is my favorite color. I tend to go for smaller purses though, nothing a cardigan will fit in.
