I only got home from bookclub at around 2am. And then Connor woke up at 5:45am… so I’ve had a LOVELY day.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself last night! It was just what the doctor ordered. Lots of wine… lots of chatting… lots more wine… and lots of jacuzzi time… and a bit of book chat :) Just what bookclub should be all about.
We all brought new books to add to the basket, and unlike the last time, we’ve decided against starting a book kitty this time. We’ll just all bring books every month. Hopefully there’ll be less problems that way.
As for today, the only way I’ve got through it, is coffee and paracetemol :) And thank goodness Bradley refused to go horse-riding early this morning.
