This has been a MASSIVE photo week. Partly because my photoblog won the SA Photographic Blog for 2008, and partly because I spent most of it in Cape Town. So, surprisingly, there are NO photos of the kids this week!! I’ve tried to only put photos that I haven’t put onto my other blog this week, so you have more of an idea how beautiful Cape Town is.

The view from our hotel room in Camps Bay one evening
Dusk in Camps Bay

Sunset over the sea.
Taken from Signal Hill about half an hour later than the first photo.

Southern Right Whale.
There was a pod of 6 whales that we saw at sunrise from our hotel room.

Couple on Camps Bay beach
The beach was full, but I managed to isolate this random couple! I was very impressed with myself.

Man at the Waterfront
He soon realised that I was taking photos of him, so he started staring at me. LOL! His face was just so interesting that I couldn’t resist. This was also taken at the V&A Waterfront.

I love sunsets! And you have such good ones to share. I wanted to take some sunset photos at the river this week, but the weather turned bad. No sunset could get through the clouds.
